AimerseWeb offers a Free Plan at no cost, allowing users to
explore the basic features of our platform without any upfront subscription
fees.
1.2. No Refund for Free Plan
As the Free Plan incurs no charges, there is no refund policy associated with it. Users are welcome to use the Free Plan for an unlimited duration without any financial commitment.
2.1. Upgrading Plans
AimerseWeb provides users the flexibility to upgrade from a
lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan at any time.
2.2. Refund Calculation for Upgrades
2.2.1. Adjustment in Plan Fees
For users upgrading from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier
plan, the remaining amount from the lower-tier plan will be prorated and
applied towards the fees of the higher-tier plan.
2.2.2. Payment of Remaining Fee
Upon upgrading, users are required to pay any remaining fee
after adjusting the prorated amount from the lower-tier plan. The upgraded
plan's fee will be calculated based on the pricing applicable at the time of
the upgrade.
2.2.3. Billing Cycle Adjustment
The billing cycle for the upgraded plan will be adjusted
based on the date of the upgrade. Users will be billed for the remaining
duration of their current billing cycle and subsequently on the regular billing
cycle.
2.3. No Refund for Downgrades
AimerseWeb does not offer refunds for downgrading plans.
Users can continue to enjoy the features of their current plan until the end of
the billing cycle.
2.4. Feature Adjustments
If users downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, certain features associated with the higher-tier plan may no longer be available. Users are encouraged to review the features of each plan before making changes.
3.1. Cancellation by Users
Users have the option to cancel their subscription at any
time. If cancellation occurs before the end of the billing cycle, the user will
retain access to the paid features until the end of the cycle.
3.2. No Refund for Cancellation
AimerseWeb does not provide refunds for cancellations made
by users. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing
cycle.
3.3. Exceptional Cases
In exceptional cases, AimerseWeb may consider providing a pro-rated refund for the remaining duration of the current billing cycle if the user can demonstrate extenuating circumstances. Requests for such refunds should be submitted to [[email protected]] for review.
